New Patient Registration

Currently the practice is at capacity or near-capacity.  We are not taking on new patients except in special circumstances.  Contact reception to find out more.

However, the  doctors do welcome new patients who live within our practice area. As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registering patients will be asked to complete a registration form and are offered a consultation with the doctor.  This is to provide the essential data to enter onto the patient's computerized file.  The doctor will also ask to meet you in person.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. However, if you have no medical card or your medical card is out of date, you will have to pay for the consultation.  Please note that it is the patient's responsibility to ensure their medical card is in date, even if the expiry date on your card says otherwise.  You can text the following HSE number to check if your card is currently valid:   TEXT the word <Check> to 087-9097867
